I’ve restarted my diet after 6 months+ of gaining back the 10 pounds I lost last year. I’ll be using this for exercise tips, meal tips, and inspiration and for this reason I’ve added some links on my blog - exercise, food, inspiration and personal.
I do not condone any unhealthy forms of weightloss, including starving, binging and purging. I am not a pro-ana blog and never will be.
